In the Loyalty and Service Awards Ceremony held yesterday, May 23, OWWA honored long-serving employees—from 10 to 40 years—as well as newly retirees whose lives were dedicated to helping our OFWs.

It’s not just a ceremony. This is a proof that the heart of OWWA are the people who never stop loving the agency’s mandate.

In his speech, Administrator PY Caunan reaffirmed the agency’s ambition to continue to shape a more innovative face of service:

“This new phase we are moving towards, we want OWWA to be seen, not just the hope for assistance but the hope for the success of our migrant workers.” – Administrator PY Caunan

This is the new #OWWA—not just a lean in times of need, but a partner in the success of every Filipino worker abroad.

Hindi matutumbasan ng panahon ang serbisyong may puso.

Sa Loyalty and Service Awards Ceremony na ginanap kahapon, Mayo 23, pinarangalan ng OWWA ang mga empleyadong matagal nang naglilingkod—mula 10 hanggang 40 taon—kasama na rin ang mga bagong retirado na buong buhay ay inalay sa pagtulong sa ating mga OFW.

Hindi lang ito isang seremonya. Isa itong pagpapatunay na ang puso ng OWWA ay ang mga taong hindi tumitigil magmahal sa mandato ng ahensya.

Sa kanyang talumpati, muling pinatatag ni Administrator PY Caunan ang adhikain ng ahensyang patuloy na humuhubog sa mas makabagong mukha ng serbisyo:

Ito ang bagong #OWWA—hindi lang sandalan sa oras ng pangangailangan, kundi katuwang sa tagumpay ng bawat Pilipinong manggagawa sa abroad.
