In his speech, he emphasized the importance of OWWA facilities that provide support and comfort to our Filipino workers abroad:
DMW-OWWA Lounges in NAIA T1 and T3 – Free food and drinks for OFWs and seafarers while waiting for their flight.
Migrants Brew at OWWA Offices – Coffee nook in every OWWA office for free coffee and rest of OFWs.
Seafarers Hub in Mabini, Manila – An exclusive lounge for seafarers with free food, drinks, and rest.
According to Deputy Administration Quiño, OWWA does not only deliver a service but a space of concern—a place where our OFWs and seafarers can feel valued and not alone.
The event was attended by Columbia Shipmanagement officials and other maritime industry leaders to further strengthen support for our Filipino seafarers around the world.

Ibinahagi ni OWWA Deputy Administrator for Operations Atty. Mary Melanie Quiño ang mga pangunahing programa ng OWWA para sa seafarers at OFWs sa isang pagtitipon ng Columbia Shipmanagement ngayong umaga sa New World Hotel, Marso 10.
Sa kanyang talumpati, binigyang-diin niya ang kahalagahan ng mga pasilidad ng OWWA na nagbibigay ng suporta at kaginhawaan sa ating mga manggagawang Pilipino sa ibang bansa:
DMW-OWWA Lounges sa NAIA T1 at T3 – Libreng pagkain at inumin para sa OFWs at seafarers habang naghihintay ng kanilang flight.
Migrants Brew sa OWWA Offices – Coffee nook sa bawat OWWA office para sa libreng kape at pahingahan ng OFWs.
Seafarers Hub sa Mabini, Manila – Eksklusibong lounge para sa seafarers na may libreng pagkain, inumin, at pahingahan.
Ayon kay Deputy Administration Quiño, hindi lamang serbisyo ang hatid ng OWWA kundi isang espasyo ng malasakit—isang lugar kung saan mararamdaman ng ating mga OFWs at seafarers na sila ay pinahahalagahan at hindi nag-iisa.
Dinaluhan ang event na ito ng mga opisyal ng Columbia Shipmanagement at iba pang maritime industry leaders upang mas palakasin pa ang suporta para sa ating mga Filipino seafarers sa buong mundo.
