Under the leadership of Deputy Administrator Emma Sinclair, the week-long Welfare Officers Assistance Services Pre-Deployment Training started today to prepare our new Welfare Officers in providing more effective services to OFWs all over the world.
In such training, important aspects of case management, crisis intervention, repatriation procedures, legal assistance, and other services that our OFWs need were discussed. By doing this, our Welfare Officers will ensure that they have sufficient knowledge and skills to deal with any situation that our fellow workers abroad may experience.
OWWA continues to empower our citizens for a more prompt, reliable, and service-hearted concern for our OFWs!
OWWA, nagsagawa ng Pre-Deployment Training para sa mga bagong Welfare Officers
Sa pangunguna ni Deputy Administrator Emma Sinclair, sinimulan ngayong araw ang isang linggong Welfare Officers Assistance Services Pre-Deployment Training upang ihanda ang ating mga bagong Welfare Officers sa mas epektibong pagbibigay ng serbisyo sa mga OFW sa iba’t ibang panig ng mundo.
Sa naturang pagsasanay, tinalakay ang mahahalagang aspeto ng case management, crisis intervention, repatriation procedures, legal assistance, at iba pang serbisyong kailangan ng ating mga OFW. Sa pamamagitan nito, masisigurong may sapat na kaalaman at kasanayan ang ating Welfare Officers sa pagharap sa anumang sitwasyon na maaaring maranasan ng ating mga kababayang manggagawa sa abroad.
Patuloy ang OWWA sa pagpapalakas ng kakayahan ng ating mga lingkod-bayan para sa mas maagap, maaasahan, at pusong-serbisyong malasakit para sa ating mga OFW!
