The government showed stronger unity for the welfare of OFWs in the National Reintegration Network (NRN) Service Caravan and Joint Memorandum Circular ceremonial signing to formally launch the NRN, last Saturday, June 7, at OSHC Compound, Quezon City.

NRN is an inter-agency network composed of 16 government agencies that jointly signed the Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) to ensure complete and simultaneous provision of reintegration services to OFWs—from livelihood, skills training, employment referrals, psychosocial assistance, to cheap medicines and health services.

Admin PY Caunan emphasized in his welcome remarks, the important role of OWWA as Vice Chair of NRN: “At OWWA, we are honored to serve as Vice Chair of the NRN and as your partner in this mission. We will continue to champion programs that are not only pro-migrant, but also pro-family, pro-livelihood, and pro-future,” said Admin PY.

For Admin PY, reintegration is not just a program—it is a promise of the government that must be fulfilled, so OFWs do not go home to uncertainty but to opportunities.

Binigyang-diin ni Admin PY Caunan sa kanyang welcome remarks, ang mahalagang papel ng OWWA bilang Vice Chair ng NRN: “At OWWA, we are honored to serve as Vice Chair of the NRN and as your partner in this mission. We will continue to champion programs that are not only pro-migrant, but also pro-family, pro-livelihood, and pro-future,” ani ni Admin PY.
