OWWA RWO2 team headed by OIC Programs & Services Melanie Gapasen personally delivered the BPBH check of OFW Crisostomo Escaner in Delfin Albano, Isabela amounting to Php 10,000.00. Subject OFW also received Disability Assistance amounting to Php 5, 000.00 

OFW Escaner met an accident in his company at Saudi Arabia, with this, he was forced to come home. Despite that his membership is inactive, he still qualified under two of our programs which as Balik Pinas Balik Hanapbuhay (BPBH) Program and WAP Disability Assistance.
