Hosted by OWWA Deputy Administrator Emma V. Sinclair, with Atty. Sherilyn Malonzo, Director of OWWA Operations Center 24/7, an onsite training and benchmarking session for the representatives of the Contact Center of the Town (CCB) of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), April 10.

The purpose of the session is to introduce to the representatives from CCB the processes and best practices of #OWWA, especially in answering the grievances, questions, and needs of our Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). The discussion features OWWA’s programs and services and the OWWA Hotline 1348 and other communication channels of the agency, which continue to serve as a bridge between OFWs and the government.

As government’s primary helpdesk, it’s important for the Town’s Contact Center to learn more than other agencies’ effective systems. That’s why this kind of coordination and knowledge sharing is a step towards faster, efficient, and humane public service.

Pinangunahan ni OWWA Deputy Administrator Emma V. Sinclair, kasama si Atty. Sherilyn Malonzo, Director ng OWWA Operations Center 24/7, ang isang onsite training at benchmarking session para sa mga kinatawan ng Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) ng Civil Service Commission (CSC), Abril 10.

Layunin ng session na maipakilala sa mga kinatawan mula sa CCB ang mga proseso at best practices ng #OWWA, lalo na sa pagtugon sa mga hinaing, tanong, at pangangailangan ng ating mga Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). Tampok sa talakayan ang programa at serbisyo ng OWWA at ang OWWA Hotline 1348 at iba pang communication channels ng ahensya, na patuloy na nagsisilbing tulay sa pagitan ng mga OFW at ng pamahalaan.

Bilang pangunahing helpdesk ng pamahalaan, mahalaga para sa Contact Center ng Bayan ang matutong higit pa sa mga epektibong sistema ng iba pang ahensya. Kaya naman ang ganitong uri ng koordinasyon at pagbabahagi ng kaalaman ay isang hakbang tungo sa mas mabilis, episyente, at makataong serbisyo para sa publiko.
