OWWA RWO VI doles out early Christmas treat for OFWs in OFW Family Day

The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Regional Welfare Office (OWWA RWO) VI, in its aim of recognizing the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families in the region, held the 2016 OFW Family Day celebrations last December.

692 people and 1,078 participants attended the celebrations in Iloilo City and Bacolod City, respectively.

The activities that rounded up the celebration were a short talk on family values and financial management, special performances from several local OFC members, and the raffle draws where prizes like grocery packs, rice sacks, washing machines, and other appliances and gifts were handed out to the lucky winners.
