The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Regional Welfare Office (OWWA RWO) VI recently joined the 31st National Migrants’ Sunday (NMS) at the Sta. Teresita Parish Church, Iloilo City last March 5, 2017.

Carrying the theme, “Children and Women Migrants, Vulnerable and Voiceless”, the said event saw about four-hundred thirty-eight (438) attendees from various OFW Family Circles (OFC) groups, Local Government Units (LGUs), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and civic- and faith-based organizations come together to recognize and commemorate the OFWs and their families.

Iloilo City hosted this year’s NMS for the first time since the said event’s existence.
